We didn't find
peace. We built it.
The story of two siblings who hit their limits — and found their purpose.
Why We Created Soul Sojourn

What we hold
non-negotiable.
Safety first
No practice here will push you before you are ready. We cultivate safety as the prerequisite of all healing.
Integrity always
We do not teach what we do not live. Our practices are personal before they are professional.
Evidence-informed
Ancient wisdom and modern science are not in competition. We honour both, rigorously.
Radical inclusion
No prior experience required. No body type, background, or belief system excluded.
Small & curated
We keep groups small deliberately. Real transformation happens in kinship, not in crowds.
The long game
We care about what happens after you leave. Our follow-up support reflects that commitment.
How we work.
Nervous System First
Every session begins with nervous system orientation — bringing participants into ventral vagal safety before any deeper work is attempted.
Somatic before Cognitive
We start with the body, not the mind. The body holds the map. We follow it.
Nature as Co-Facilitator
The landscape of Pakistan — mountains, rivers, ancient apricot orchards of the Gilgit Baltistan, or the lush green picturesque Galliyat, be it the ocean, the delicious street style food or Karachi’s upscale food scene, Lahore’s cultural heritage, rich art, drama and theatre or Multan’s Sufi shrines— are not backdrops. They are integral to the healing process.
Integration Built In
Every practice is followed by space for integration: journaling, silence, gentle movement, or supported conversation.
Trauma-Informed Always
Our facilitators are trained in trauma-sensitive facilitation. Consent, choice, and autonomy are non-negotiable principles throughout.
Post-Retreat Support
The work does not end when you leave. We provide post-retreat social platform for all participants to support, encourage and share post-treat experiences with each other and Soul Sojourn.
Grounded in research.
Soul Sojourn’s curriculum draws on decades of peer-reviewed research in psychoneuroimmunology, polyvagal theory, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma recovery. We stay current with emerging literature and continually evolve our practices accordingly.

- Online Community · Annual Reunion Retreats · Continuing Education
Our vision is to build a community of practice that extends beyond retreat weeks—a gathering of people committed to living from a regulated, present, and embodied place. We are building the infrastructure for that community now.
